This agreement is between General Quarters Boarding LLC (the Facility), located on the premises of Zentenza Farm LLC (the Farm) in King George, Virginia, and the undersigned owner of the dog(s) described below. By signing, the owner confirms they have read and agree to all terms, including all waivers of liability.

Daycare note: Doggie daycare is a same-day service with supervised care, play/socialization, exercise and enrichment; daycare does not include overnight boarding unless boarding is separately reserved.
Health & Vaccinations
The owner confirms each dog is in good health, has not been exposed to a contagious disease in the last 30 days, and is free of fleas, ticks, lice and external parasites, and will provide proof of all required vaccinations and preventatives prior to drop-off; failure may result in refusal of services.

The Facility will administer medications as directed at no additional charge but the owner assumes all risk.
Emergency Veterinary Care
If a dog becomes ill or needs urgent care, the Facility may contact the owner's vet or seek immediate care from a local vet; all associated costs (transportation, exams, treatments, hospitalization) are the owner's sole responsibility and payable at pick-up; the owner authorizes such care and agrees to reimburse advances.

Farm Premises and Inherent Risks
The Facility sits on the active premises of Zentenza Farm LLC, an operational farm with livestock, machinery, equipment, uneven terrain and fencing; farms are inherently dangerous. All owners, guests and dogs enter at their own risk.
Zentenza Farm LLC and General Quarters Boarding LLC are not liable for injuries, damages, losses or deaths to persons or dogs resulting from farm activities, animals or equipment; slips, trips, falls or encounters with wildlife and hazards; exposure to farm chemicals, allergens or environmental conditions; or any act or omission related to the Farm's operations. The owner assumes all risks and waives claims against the released parties.
The Facility agrees to exercise due and reasonable care — proper feeding, clean and secure housing when boarding, supervised care and reasonable supervision — while the owner acknowledges boarding and daycare carry inherent risks including injury, illness or death from interactions with other dogs, disease transmission despite vaccinations, escapes or unforeseen events (fire, natural disasters), and pre-existing conditions, allergies or behavioural issues not disclosed.
The owner releases and discharges the released parties from liability claims arising from the dog's boarding or daycare, including negligence claims, to the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, and agrees to indemnify them against third-party claims arising from the dog's actions.
The Facility carries general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate. This does not cover the owner's dog or the owner's personal liability, and owners are encouraged to carry pet health insurance.
Payment Terms
Standard boarding rate $35 per dog per day; doggie daycare $35 per dog per day; $10 off per day per dog for military, first responders, veterans and educators ($25 per day for those who qualify).

Payment is due in full upon drop-off; the Facility reserves a lien on the dog for unpaid charges and no dog is released until all fees are paid; returned cheques incur a $25 fee.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations with 10+ days' notice: full refund of deposit; cancellations with under 10 days' notice: deposit forfeited and no-show incurs the full reserved service charge; early pick-up from boarding: the owner remains liable for the full reservation period; daycare reservations are charged per the above; extensions or additional days require prior approval and availability.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement: This document is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, and applies to this and all future boarding and daycare services unless amended in writing.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
Owner Acknowledgment: The owner has read and agrees to all terms including waivers and assumptions of risk, confirms the dog's health status and provides accurate information.
